I went on to say I was a former customer service manager, text book clerk…blah blah blah…throw in something that someone in customer service could relate to. For instance I mentioned that in customer service there is a certain tone everyone carries: higher pitched, or low in the event that the customer is really mad, not condescending but agreeable.
