After 1 phone interview, and 3 in person interviews, I was led to believe that they were very interested in hiring. After feeling me out, they lead me to believe that they don't usually pay anyone, regardless of experience, more than $12 an hour to start. They are also trying to get rid of live in manager locations (one of the only real cool perks about this type of job), and no matter what it says on here, they don't pay more than $15 bucks an hour. They are always hiring because they are looking for people who will work free overtime, and whittling away at their higher paid employees. I had 1 phone interview and 3 in person. The last one was with a manager at the location where I was supposedly going to be hired. After a lot of leading on, I was never finally hired. I received rejection by letter. This all took the better part of a month.
