Talked to a few recruiters at the Career Fair. Within a couple of days, I was invited to an on campus interview in late September. The interview was a 1-on-1 with someone from the Chemicals division in Houston. I received an offer a couple of days after the interview, but typically there are second round interviews on-site.

the interview was behavioral mostly. They ask questions to understand your personality and leadership traits. They didn't ask any technical questions but they told me that the next interview will be on site interview and its going to be technical

Interview
Behavioral interview on campus, contacted by recruiter about 2 weeks later inviting me interview on-site. Flew to on-site interview two weeks later, went to dinner the night before with an employee and toured the town. The interview day consisted of 3 interviews, 2 behavioral and 1 technical. Offer came a week later.
