I applied online. I interviewed at FDM Group in Jun 2015
Interview
First of all, I was contacted by a woman who worked in the HR section of FDM. We talked for 15 minutes where she asked me about my university, the mark of my graduation. Then She asked me about my Knowledge about FDM and where in which sector of FDM i would like to work. Aftere the screening she told me that I had to do an online interview in front of a webcam. During the interview there were 5 questions. The candidate had 1 minute to talk in front of the camera and 45 seconds to think about the question.

The telephone interview lasted approximately 15 minutes. Questions included:
- Do you know what FDM does?

- Did you enjoy your degree and would you do it again?

- What are some challenges that you think you would face working at FDM?
The telephone interview was relatively short and easy. A few hours after the telephone interview I received an email saying that I was through to the next stage of the application process which is an assessment day. I was told they will be in touch with me shortly with a suitable date.

My application was rejected for this graduate programme by email in April. But I received a call from the HR in May. The HR asked me some basic questions and introduced another programme in Asia, which includes a 10-16 weeks of unpaid training in UK and 2 years IT experience in Asia.
