Interview
My process involved three interviews.
The first one was a phone interview with a recruiter that was relatively easy, more informational than anything else.
The second interview was the most challenging: a video call with three different senior-level team members, each one asking a different series of questions.
My final interview was with a managing partner, and while it was in many ways a rehashing of the second interview, it felt far less intense.

Client X is opening up a new shop in area X and wants to attract more customers. What is your initial thought process around this challenge and what would be your strategy and tactics in response?

It was a very quick screening call going over my background and what the job would entail. The person I spoke with seemed very enthusiastic about my experience and shared they would follow up within a few days. They said they were distracted by some personal issues and went on to talk about them for a good portion of the interview, mentioning they might need me to follow up if they forget to get back to me which felt a bit unprofessional, though I was hopeful for a response. After almost a month and 4 emails later I finally got an update.
