Very laid back hiring process. It's not your fancy tech company that tries to make sure they only hire the best/brightest. If you know how to code and can fit well into their team, you've got the job. (1) Phone interview with Recruiter who tries to advocate for you. Make a good impression, and don't sound horrible. (2) In person interview with the manager who tries to just gauge your general competence within 30 minutes. No technical questions. They're not huge school or GPA snobs. It's a pretty nice interview process. Just make sure to come up with questions that demonstrate your knowledge of key fields. And as always, "Cracking the Coding Interview" masters won't have issues.
Also, they drug test.
