Interview
It was an initial HireVue followed by a Zoom call with a director. After applying, you will get an automated message to record yourself on HireVue. If you are chosen, then you will make it to the first round of "real" interview, and then move on to a super day.

Question 1
They asked Why FTI? Why M&A in Chicago? What recent M&A transaction interests me?
The interview process was last minute and confusing. The interviewer did not provide much about the company, even when asked. There was a second case study interview which I had no complaints about, but the "formal" interview was the one that I had issues with.

Interview
I had three interviews, with HR, with the associate directors, and with the senior managing directors. There is also a financial modeling exercise to gauge the candidate's competency in basic financial modelling.
