Had the first interview on campus. During that interview, we set up a time for me to come out to the campus in Connecticut. They flew me out the night before (got in pretty late) then stayed in a nice hotel. In the morning we went to the main office. There were four interviews. Most were behavioral questions and a few finance questions. Then we did a group project where two of the hiring mangers were in the room and they watched your work together to figure out how to try to sell a certain stock to them using their product. We only had 20 minutes. They we had to rank the members of the group. Probably one of the more uncomfortable interviews. I really did not enjoy the group interview, in fact I decided during that part of the day that if I was given the opportunity to come back I would not accept the offer. Most of the managers didn't show a lot of emotion or enthusiasm for the company. They all talked about how great the culture was, yet I didn't see any evidence of this terrific culture that they talked about.
