Fanatics Assistant Manager interview questions

Staff was welcoming but manager was late. Quick process, only one interview. Manager was friendly but came off as highly disorganized. Work place was clean but boxes and merchandise were cluttering the walking space. Overall lasting impression of the interview process was that the staff seemed to work well together and get along but the manager being late was hard to overlook.
