Interview
Interview over lunch with HR. This was the second interview with them. The first interview was with the first level HR and was conducted in a hotel room casual setting. Overall they were a very relaxed company to interview with.

They wanted to about my past employment and how I dealt with situations where I didn't have enough resources and what operations management was about.
The HR team were very friendly but did take a while to respond post interview. I was unsuccessful in getting the role but had a good experience overall through the process

Interview
Group interview they sat on a panel my resume had been reviewed previously and they had questions prepared. They prefer flexible employees as they have several offices in different states. The questions they asked me where based on their team building concept so not so much about me but more about how I can develop my subordinates. It helps to have skills in Microsoft Office all components.
