First was contacted by a recruiter. Had first interview, general questions. got called back for a second interview. it was a pretty relaxed atmosphere. the whole interview was not hard at all. I asked a lot of questions myself.

Telephone interview, online assessment , face to face with recruiter, face to face with DM, During the process I had to submit financials and a business plan. I can see where much of this process could be daunting for someone with less life experience. In addition you need to come to the table with 100 people to contact. This is tough.
