I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I found Farmer's at a Career Fair, and set up an interview that day. Following the interview, I was told I would be contacted by the following Monday for final approval of the internship. (This is a new process they are doing). That Monday I received the phone call to complete a second interview, and during the interview I was offered the job. These interviews were very laid back and fun. There were a lot of personality questions asked to see if you will fit well within the company.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Farmers Insurance Group (Moline, IL)
Interview
It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills
