The person I phone interviewed with was nice and personable. She asked some of the main questions you would typically get asked when interviewed. My only issue is I received emails and calls all from different people at the Las Vegas locations. I was confused as to who I was suppose to contact and discuss things with. I also emailed one person back in regards to an interview but she never called me at the time we established nor did she communicate with me as to why she didn't call, why it was missed, etc. Disappointed in the slight lack in communication. The recruiter I spoke with did let me know of the position's expectations, the ins and outs of being a producer, and answered any questions I had. I'm not P&C licensed so it's nice to know that Farmers would be willing to pay a strong portion of the classes in order to get licensed. One thing that they seem to require is that they require to go through the classes and get finger printed first prior to even starting the position - at least, that's how I understood it so I could be mistaken. In a way, I was offered the position.
