Interview portion went great had a very strong connection with manager and was told I had a great resume. Huge car enthusiast so interest aligned with the position very well. However they decided they wanted a more experience person to take this position because a week after i was interviewed the same job posting came up again this time not entry level anymore but a minimum of 4 years experience required. They never bothered to call or email after several attempts of contacting them with no luck. Horrible hiring process. As for working there I wouldn't know and I wouldn't even work there after the way they treated their potential employee.

nothing is serious about the interview you can just go and take it head on without even preparing for it. it is actually easy to clear the process. interview is a lame duck process for the organisation
