Ferguson Program Manager interview questions

Meet with Senior manager to discuss details of the opening and level of responsibility required and my experience in key areas. Mostly a discussion on how I performed similar roles for various customers in the past. This position requires interaction with leadership in multiple countries in Europe to manage a global portfolio with Project Manager local to participating country resources.
