I applied to the LEAP Program through a reference. I had one phone interview before being moved to the final round interview. After the final round interview, I was told that they had made the decision to hire me but ran out of spots, therefore being "waitlisted". They said I was in the first position, so if any demand changes, withdraws, etc occur I would be made an official offer. They ended up having me "waitlisted" until the actual day I graduated. Luckily, I had several other offers from much better ran companies that wouldn't do this, and I had accepted an offer well before they were able to give me answer. There seems to be a lot of internal health problems in this company, especially in the technology department. I would only recommend working here if salary is your first priority; they seem to pay their entry-level technology employees pretty well. But they lack organizational health, career advancement opportunities, and culture. Your skills and time are better spent somewhere else.
