I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in May 2011
Interview
I was first given a phone interview that was conducted first and then a face to face interview was set up. All behavorial and situational questions were asked. Nothing super hard or too formal. A few days later they called me back for the face to face and about a week later I was given an offer.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Merrimack, NH)
Interview
Was quite a few interviews for a rather entry level job but the people seemed nice. Was hard to answer how I would study for something I had no materials for yet.
I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Westlake, TX)
Interview
Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
Filled out an application and was sent an invitation to do video interview via email. The interview process seemed straightforward. The job description included having to pass an exam after a trial period.
