I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Finish Line (Bossier City, LA) in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was more like a conversation, no pressure added. The interviewer tried to intimidate me with certain questions, knowing I had prior experience. It was pretty much an open interview and I even got to ask the interviewer questions. The salary discussion was misleading, and I left with high hopes of job advancement.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history
The interview process typically includes an initial phone screening, followed by one or more interviews with team members or managers, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit, with potential for final-round evaluations.
interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
