Laid back.
Focused on work goals/sales experience.
Asked several questions on personality to make sure I fit in with the current staff.
Met with AM (Assistant Manager) and interviewed in the mall.
Entry level position, so very generic interview questions.
Standard entry level customer service industry questions. Hired on the spot. Quick process one on with the manager. Got a tour of the store right after. Reviewed resume with manager and went over work history

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
