First interview was semi-technical by the HR. Questions asked were: 1. Difference between Functional and Non-Functional testing 2. Scenario - What would I do in case there is a deadline to finish the work, but there's a lot of work pending. 3. What do you know about Performance Testing? It was a walk-thru of my resume. Explain what you do currently and questions based on my current work. The last question was a scenario based question. Scenario - Your company gives out gift cards as hard copies. Your company decides to give out e-gift cards. What will you do in that case? What will be your steps of testing this scenario?
