I applied online and received an exercise to determine my sourcing abilities. Once completed, I received an email regarding a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. I then moved forward to an in-person interview immediately after-- the process only took a bit longer due to my availability to come to NYC for the onsite. I met with 6 people from the team (2:1) interviewing based on different competencies. A few days later I was told that I needed to send over references and they would then move forward to an offer pending the references!
