The interview process was thorough and transparent but much longer than the standard interview process that I've experienced. I received comprehensive, branded emails at every stage of the process detailing what to expect, who I would be meeting with, what I could do to prepare and what supplemental reading materials that I may find useful or interesting. I was surprised at how involved the process was on the FH side and how genuinely interested the team was in making sure that they were hiring the right people for the right roles. After my in-person interview, the team decided that I was a bit inexperienced for the initial position and recommended me to a similar role on a different team. They had me come in to meet with the team and made sure to explain how the teams differed, how they interacted and what my day to day would look like. I appreciated the time and detail that went into making sure that I was interested in this different opportunity.
