Interviewing with Flatiron Health was the most methodical and consistent interview process I've experienced so far. At each step a recruiter communicated with me about schedule and gave clear expectations and guidelines for each stage. I interviewed for a few different positions and made it to various stages, including the role for which I was ultimately given an offer. Each interview process was similar.
I applied directly through the company website and was contacted a week or so afterward. From there, I was scheduled for a video interview, usually with the person to whom the role would report. Following that I was either scheduled for another video interview or invited on site for a series of 2 on 1 interviews back to back over 3-4 hours. Each in person interview consisted of situational behavioral questions as well as questions that seemed to come from each person's cross functional role in relation to the role for which I was interviewing. Questions also alluded to determining whether or not I would be a fit for the company ethos. By the end of the process, I felt I had a good sense of the day to day company culture as well as its evolution through the years.
