FleishmanHillard Graduate Programmer interview questions

Unorganised process. HR contacted with super short notice. I still managed to attend the screening interview but then HR showed up late at the interview. The interview went well with some basic questions like salary expectations, location, availabilities, etc. I gave all the positive answers and indicated my immediate availabilities. At the end, the HR informed that they will be in contact the week after for an interview with the team, but after that, I never heard back again. I chased a few times but the HR just started ghosting all the emails. No rejections or next-step information. I am just disappointed about the process like this (no respects for the candidate) at a well-established global PR firm.
