Flexport Global Operations Associate interview questions

After the phone interview, I was asked to visit their office and met 3 of their staffs. They were the senior associate, associate, and the manager. Every session was kind of independent as everytime they introduce themselves and ask about me, so on that day I talked about myself, my skills and my motivations etc for 3 times... then they explained the structure of Flexport, assessed me with calculations, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with situational questions. Overall, staffs were friendly and open-minded, encouraging me to speak out.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn by a recruiter and scheduled a phone interview a week later with HR. Then there was an in person interview with 3 people (1 behavioral based and 2 cases) with members of the operations team. The final interview was with upper management of the office. The entire experience was seamless and each interview was more of a conversation about your experience, why Flexport, etc. Overall had an excellent experience. Every interviewer was genuinely interested in learning more about you and was clearly passionate about the Flexport product and the overall mission of the company.
