I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Flexport (Hong Kong) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was quite a great experience for interview Flexport. First HR reaches out to ask me to answer several simple questions related to my background by email, and then decided to schedule a phone interview with a recruiting associate. The phone call was mainly behavioral questions about previous experience and fit. Then they decided to move to next round of screen interview. screen was two part, one part is still the behavioral and fit questions, and second part involves a case study, which was simple logistic route optimization problem. It's not difficult at all. Several days later I got a rejection letter, saying that they decided to move forward to other candidates.
