Flexport Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The recruiter was late, sometimes as late as 20 min, for almost every call I had with him. The company is less exciting than what their website claims. The hiring manager was off and evasive. After the onsite, the hiring manager asked me to provide references. At the next call the recruiter said he was no longer reviewing my application.

Connected through recruiter network. Skipped phone screen on strength of having other onsites scheduled. Onsite was a simple laptop coding exercise, whiteboard coding, somewhat challenging system design question, and a talk-through-your-experience interview. Interviewers were friendly and smart, but had trouble communicating with the last interviewer.
