After mental math and a computer based interview, I got a behavior interview by the HR. It's mainly about your personality and initiative. The whole process is ok, hr is not very aggressive.

Started with CV screening, then Online Assessment including Mental Math and Sequences. Then an HR interview and technical interview (technical knowledge of trading concepts, such as market-making and ETF arbitrage). I stopped there.
