Flynn Group interview questions

Thorough interview process involving different members of staff and team members in relevant department. EMP Referrals are given the opportunity to showcase their skill set despite connection and (referral) relationship to other employees at the company prior to the interview.

Very detailed. Interviewed with 8 people within the company. The first few interviews were via zoom, but the final was in person. I talked to everyone in the department, which gave me a sense of what the department and company. They were very honest about the role, which I appreciated.
