I got an email to do a self interview basically video yourself answering some questions and also played some games to test how smart you are. It was overall fun
The process was very easy, it takes about 30min to complete all questions and submit your application. You just need to fill a very long questionare, no interviews, no phone calls, or at least, not for me!
