I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fractal (Mumbai) in Nov 2012
Interview
Campus recruitment: 3 rounds. first one was written round of 20 marks. one third of the candidates eliminated in this round. next two rounds comprised of interviews.
most of the questions were puzzles. interviewer in both the rounds made me feel very relaxed right from the beginning and focused on the approach i took to solve a problem rather than the answer itself.
