Fred Beans Automotive Group interview questions

Involved a drug test, and an 80 word survey about my moral and ethical background. I then met with a dealership manager who performed a brief interview. After which I was interviewed by another woman from a main office. Very friendly employers. I had applied through the online tool.

Arrived at PA location after a 90 minute drive. I was questioned by there HR with a generic set of questions and moved along there process of hiring. I was given a set of tests that had nothing to do with the auto body industry. After 4 hours of testing I was interviewed by there operations manager and body shop manager. This whole process for that day was about 7 hours. Next day was called and informed I needed to take another online multiple choice test which took 2 hours. Keep in mind I still was not given a salary range for the position I was applying for. The third day I was informed I had to. go down to South NJ and take a personality test by a physiologist. At this point I was questioning the position and asking what the salary range was. They refused to answer my simply inquiry therefor I refused there hiring practice. All a waste of time and extremely uncalled for.
