I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Frontier Airlines (Denver, CO) in Jan 2023
Interview
I did a written assessment first then a few months later I did a video questionnaire. About a month and a half after that, I was contacted for a face-to-face in Denver Colorado. When you come in they are observing you, even if you don’t realize it. They’re watching how you interact, your personality, and the way you answer questions. I had a great time. I met people from different places, young and old and I had a great experience. Once they pick you to stay through the entire interview process, that’s when the day got to be very long. But all in all I felt it went well and I really enjoyed it. The only thing is the long wait for a class date because they are fulling DFW right now. So I’m still waiting months later.
