They talk about FUN, FUN, FUN! But the reality is only a maximum 8 of each group is going to make it regardless if your experience or qualifications. Oh and your qualifications mean jack squat. Frontier practices something called Peer Interviews which means they going to judge you based on how you feel. They will NOT allow you to bring up anything in the interview other than answering the question they ask. So if you want to mention that your CPR certified or have martial arts training you wont get the chance. They invite you to ask questions, but then they will outright lie to you if you ask a question they aren't supposed to answer. For example, Question: How many interviews are there? I remember someone saying there are four. Answer: No there are only two interviews (lie). Question: Are there certain qualifications that would help us to be strong candidates? Answer: No, the evaluation is based on a lot if different criteria, none if which can really be quantified (lie). Of the two groups, all the hirees were gays, minorities, or both, and most were bilingual. I'm a minority but I choose not to play that card because it's degrading.
