You will meet with one or both of the the Area Supervisors. They will briefly tell you about the company. They will speak with you about the different clients the company has contracts with. It is very easy and laid back.

A brief conversation and I was hired. Being exmilitary we talked the same language. Comfortable exchange. I feel fortunate to have him as an area supervisor, and respect his opinion and advice.

You go in to the office and unless you're a criminal or can't hold a conversation, you're hired. Even though you get offered a job on the spot you still have to do a week long in-house security license, which you have to pay for.

Interview
It was brief but professional and well put together and straight to the point. They offered me a job on the spot and later sent me an email with their offer. I signed Electronically and the training process stated shortly after I accepted.
