I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G4S Secure Solutions (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The process was fairly straightforward. The job was posted online by the branch office. it was then reviewed and applicants submitted their resumes. The account manager received the candidates from the branch office and scheduled the interviews with the potential candidates. The interviews were scheduled to allow for long or short interview sessions, depending on the candidate. The account manager treated me, and I assume the other applicants, respectfully and professionally. He was inquisitive in order to more extensively understand the background of the applicant. Once completed he called all of the applicants in order to inform them of whether or not they had received the position.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at G4S Secure Solutions (Arlington, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
It wasn't a long interview they were hiring anybody to become apart of the team because they needed employees very bad. I felt as if employers were quitting and they just needed to fill up on staff because they were getting these new contracts but over working the other staff that were already on their team and maybe felt bad so that is why the interview process went by so quickly.
