The interview process was very long and overkill. I had over 11 interviews during a 3 month period. I was an external candidate. They really put people through the ringer!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What value do you think you can bring to the company?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GALLO
Interview
Average interview process but very chaotic/haphazard communications. Took over 2 months and never ended up waiting because the timelines for an offer kept changing. Felt a bit unprofessional at times from the management and recruiting teams.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How does your experience line up with the position?
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GALLO (Modesto, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
The entire interview process was extremely unprofessional. The recruiter didn’t show up to our scheduled phone screen and then completely ignored my phone calls. It took her 5 days to even give me a call back and not even an apology for wasting my time. I finally had an interview with the hiring team and they didn’t even show up to our scheduled interview, they had me waiting over an hour for a meeting that was apparently never going to happen. The talent associate gave the hiring team a different date than what was given to me so they didn’t even know they were supposed to call me on zoom. This whole process was just chaotic and unprofessional. Maybe the company isn’t bad but the recruiters and the talent acquisition team just leave a bad taste in your mouth. I would look into retraining them because I doubt this is how your company wants to be perceived.
