This job was with CTTS, one of GE's long term contractors. I went through two interviews. The first was with their HR department and was focused on two skills assessments. The first was a very simple typing test; they want you to type at least 45 women, which isn't hard at all. The second was a super easy assessment of my knowledge of Excel. They also informed me that the pay started at $14.50 an hour.
After easily passing both assessments, I met one on one with the actual team leader about a week later. It was just your standard interview. Nothing really stood out about it. They wanted someone who could work one weekend a month and she said that it typically takes at least 6 months to a year before someone can fully get a grasp on the position.
Overall, I think this last interview went pretty well. Truthfully, I was probably a little overqualified and wasn't real crazy about the position to begin with, but I would still call it a positive experience. They were very professional. It just wasn't a great fit for either side.
