The interview process was exactly as described in the reviews. I applied online, received an email the same day to complete the online assessment. The next day, I received a call from an HR rep who said she was sending me a link to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview 2-3 weeks before the next class on 10/19/15. When I had my phone interview, it went well and I was sent a link to schedule a face to face interview. My process took a month because I live out of state and plan to relocate to Houston. I did my in-person interview today starting with the multitasking test which I passed and then went on to the F2F with an HR representative. He was nice and we had a good conversation and what I initially felt, was a good interview. He then stepped out of the room to as he said, "check to see if he had anything else for me", which was odd to me but he came back in after about 5 - 10 mins and said, he had nothing else for me and that someone will reach out and complete what was need via phone or email. Based on the reviews I've read, I knew that I didn't get the job because I was even told on my phone interview that I would find out the day of the interview if the offer was being extended. On top of that, my interview was only 2 hours long when everyone even HR said it would be 5-6 hrs in length. I can't really say that I had a positive or negative experience. It is what it is and you don't know which way things will go. I'm always positive, bubbly and pleasant on my interviwes and I believed I answered the situational/behavioral questions to the best of my abilities. Not sure however, what wasn't or was said, that didn't allow me to move forward.
