First off, this was a 7 hour process, that was supposed to be no longer than 3 hours. I arrived at 8:45 for testing to begin at 9, which didn't begin until 10. Afterwards, I waited another 45 minutes for a recruiter who informed me that my testing score were awesome, and If I was able to could i go ahead and complete the scenario portion. Once I did that I was asked to go grab lunch and come back in 45 minutes. I arrived and waited for my recruiter 30 minutes to go sit with a rep! I sat with the rep for about 1.5 hours and listened to calls. Afterwards, I had my "Final" interview with a manger over the department. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! First he sat down and he had another individual with him, who was leaned back in his chair. As they reviewed my application and I sat patiently he looked up at me and stated "You don't look like a people person" um shocked as I was I informed him how i loved to help people and he just said "interesting" he then asked was I moving from another city because Duncanville sounded out of State.... (Weird) he then went over a few questions he had for me and was asking me the questions in a discouraging way, as if he wanted me to decline pursing the position any further. Well needless today at 10:00 PM last night I received a declination letter.
