Interview
Started with a multi-tasking test. Not too hard if you know how to use computers. Next, I had a 1 on 1 interview that lasted for about 2 hours. Then I was called back for a role playing test. I was a new claims rep. and had to field calls and deal with angry customers and shop owners. My advice is to not worry so much about the details and focus on giving good customer service
Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

Question 1
A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
