Interview
I was referred by my friend and after a basic telephonic interview I was called for F2F interview.
Round1: Interview with Team Head
Round2: Interview with Team Head and HR
After completing the interview successfully, I was being requested to email documents such as educational certificates, personal documents for verification. I was requested for last appraisal letter. I recently completed appraisal and told them that we donot get appraisal letter within 3 months of appraisal. I did assured them about my salary slips and last appraisal letter, however they insisted on new appraisal letter.
Since it was not in my hands of getting the letter as it is provided by company HR. I was being followed up for weeks and one day i got an email stating the position is been given away.
How would an exployee get something which is not in his hands? And handover of such letter are been done by company HR!!
I followed up for availability of same position after few months and the answer was No.
Took both the rounds but after 2nd round, results were not shared with us at all. For me both rounds went well, but i didn't get even the feedback like what went wrong during interview for them.

How would you manage if a task is to be delivered in a short timeline
R1 and R2 had guesstimates and case studies. Both went well but I got rejected after round 2.
Interviewers were well behaved and eager to answer.
Goood experience but unclear on their selection criteria.

I was interviewed in online mode and interviewer was keen on detail and tested thorough knowledge. there were multiple rounds of interview and questions were based on the CV mostly situation based questions and 3 rounds of face to face interviews were held.
