GEP had come to my college this month.
The process had 3 phases: aptitude test, technical round and HR round.
Aptitude test consisted of 30 questions, time duration - 60 minutes.
20 questions were based on logic and quantitative. The rest 10 were programming based theory/output based questions from Java, C and C#.
32 out of 108 students qualified for TR.
The TR panel consisted of 4 members. Students were arranged into 4 groups of 8 each and each group went to the Technical Interviewer assigned.
Most of the questions were based on projects, Java, DBMS and UML diagrams.
If you clear one TR, another quick TR happens with another Interviewer. If you clear this, the final round is HR.
HR basically tests your confidence, language skills and personality.
Only 9 students made the final cut.
The interviewers were very friendly and made the students comfortable and at ease. A learning opportunity and experience overall.
