You know that feeling when someone clearly isn't excited to meet you? Well, that feeling was all over the interview. It was super quick, no chance to chat and let them get to know me and my professional background and what I could offer the company. They had me complete an assessment, which was okay given the fact that I felt rushed because the entire interview was only a fraction of time, although given the circumstances and the feeling of being pressed for time I did relatively well under pressure, but for a somewhat larger, established company, I expected a more organized and welcoming setup. Right from the start, it felt like they'd already decided I wasn't their pick. They really need to work on making things clearer and having friendlier managers to make the workplace more comfortable.
