Genentech Consultant interview questions

I underwent a 30 minute telephone screening interview with one of the hiring managers. The questions were fairly average questions concerning my resume and my skills and experience. Then, I was asked to interview in-person with another hiring manager. I was asked a number of behavioral questions and more questions about my resume. The staffing agency notified me about a job offer within two hours of my interview with the hiring manager.
