The process is dismal to say the least, 3 things only need to be in play, a medical report and you must be English/Australian, and Male.. They refuse to employ any other race, or ANY Females at all

Applied for a full time train driver roll at their Newcastle depot via their job listing web site. Received an email asking to complete an online assessment. From the online assessment I received phone call for a face-to-face interview. At the interview, I was interviewed by the Newcastle Operations Manager, the company Operations Manager and a Driver Trainer/Assessor. A week later, I received a phone call to congratulate me on being accepted for the job pending medical assessment.
