It was very unfriendly experience. The interviewer was not friendly to me from the beginning I walked in there. She was asking questions as if she was searching to quickly reject me. I was only asked 3 questions. She cut me off in mid sentences as I was answering questions and than told me she is looking for someone whom have Human Resources management experience. Which I was confused because that is not listed in the job description and I have human resource experience with a masters in HR management. But overall, I had the same resume that was reviewed and the reason to call me in for the interview in the first place.

Interview
Overall interview process was standard for the industry. The first interactions with HR/recruiter were positive and pleasurable. However, interviewing onsite at the rehab center (Kingston Court) was anything but enjoyable. The administrator for that location was late for the interview (enough so that I should have left without interviewing) and very unorganized. He was unprepared for the interview and some questions unrelated to the position or job. Honestly, left comfortable with the knowledge that I would be okay not working with the rehab center or staff. I also now understand why the turnover rate is what I've heard. I'm hoping others have had more positive experiences but I would not recommend applying or interviewing for this particular rehab center for those in the area (unless the administration/management changes).

What would you do/how would you respond if I (the administrator) and (NAME) (department head) disagreed on ______? {Not exact wording, but the way it was worded made it seem like he wanted those being interviewed to know it was his way no matter what.}
A few days after applying I had a phone screen with recruiter A week later was the on site interview with administrator and HR Director I thin had another on site interview a few weeks later

Interview
There was and initial phone interview, followed by the in person interview. The facility director was really nice and described the role as well as changes happening in the facility. Overall, the interview was smooth and did not feel rushed.
