Genesys Product Manager interview questions

1st phone screen for 30 minutes with potential peer 1 phone screen for 1 hour with hiring manager and director 2 hour on-site interview with a hiring manager and someone from different team Entire process lasted about 3 weeks until I got my offer letter. Interview questions were very generic and some are scenario based. Not very difficult to answer if you had decent amount of work experience.

Initial phone screen, 2 rounds of onsite 1:1 interviews (7 overall) before they made the decision to offer me the position. Very friendly, very professional and well prepared environment. Interviewers ranged from VPs and Senior Directors to direct peers and covered the entire range of functions I would be working with. Interview technique was mostly behavioral questions, as expected.
