I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied via website. One week later got a call for a prelim screening interview with HR & Studio Coordinator. After that, was called in for an in-person interview with two Studio Coordinators. Overall very friendly and very casual process. If their interview process is in any way reflective of their company culture, I'm sure they're a fabulous company with which to work.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral. Asked if I had experience calendaring, my comfort level in working with large personalities. Questions were less pointed and more conversational than in most other interviews. Asked what experience I have in organizing office events, travel, budgets, etc. Fairly standard.
My Interview was Simple and straightforward. They asked a lot of standard questions so come prepared. I did an HR screening first before meeting other coordinators virtually and then I met with the studio leaders.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Gensler (Baltimore, MD) in Apr 2021
Interview
I interviewed with two other studio coordinators from different locations. They were really down to earth which helped with the interview nerves. They asked simple and basic questions as you would get asked in any other interview. Be sure to have questions for them as well :) . Just reviewed a date for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. Wish me luck !
