Interview
I was contacted by an out of city recruiter for a telephone interview, which is feasible. A questionnaire was also required, of which, is an excellent idea. However, the recruiter called me twice to convey to me that I was not chosen, which conveys to me, a lack of professionalism and organizational skills.

Interview
Submitted application online, heard back about 1-2 weeks later. Scheduled interview (3 hrs of back to back 30 minute interviews with management, HR, supervisors) While I was asked a lot of questions, there was not a great deal of detail given to me during the interviews. I had to ask a lot of questions about the role. About 2 days after the interview I was offered the position. Pay was less than had hoped for so I countered. Salary was not increased but was given a "sign on bonus" to offset lower salary than desired.
